Alejandro Kohoutek Vega Hernández

studied Architecture at ITESO (Technological Institute of the West Higher Studies), Guadalajara, as a member of the 1994-1999 generation.

In year 2000, Alejandro Vega arrived to Los Cabos BCS where he was partnered with the Municipal Director of Urban Planning of Los cabos for a period of 6 years in which he designed and built a great variety of commercial, residential and urban projects.

During this period its first integral Master Plan is made: Cabo Pacifica, where the Diamante and Quivira developments are currently located, as well as the Albatros Hotel project where The Cape - a Thomson Hotel is located today.

As director of SOUTH BAJA RESIDENTIAL & LUXURY HOMES, Alejandro has expanded his projects' portfolio during the last 15 years, taking actively part in the main developments of Los Cabos such as Querencia, Puerto Los Cabos, Diamante, Pedregal and Campestre San José.

Nowadays, his expertise in development and project management has led him to play a part in and direct ambitious projects such as Nuevas Palmas (56 ha), as well as to become the support designer in Costa Palmas, both in the Ribera BCS.
